Iram Omer
Project Manager
Iram Omer is a project manager with IISD's Resilience team, where she oversees the operational planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects.
With over 8 years of experience in project management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), Iram ensures that project initiatives align with organizational goals, provides guidance on MEL frameworks, and manages projects efficiently. She has previously served as a project manager for IISD’s Natural Infrastructure for Water Solutions and the Economic Law and Policy program, where she developed data collection systems, tracked project performance, and led evaluations. Iram has also gained valuable MEL experience working with USAID, enhancing her expertise in data-driven decision making.
She holds two master’s degrees in policy and development studies as well as a certification in data analytics. She is dedicated to applying her data-driven MEL and project management skills to support impactful projects and drive positive change.
Iram is based in Milton, Ontario, Canada.
